This plan serves as our shared, global direction for the next three years, aligning our daily work with a long-term mission to reach more people than ever before with safe, reliable water, sanitation, and hygiene that lasts – for good.
Our Vision: 2.6 Million People
At a glance, our goal is to double our impact by serving 2.6 million people annually by 2028.
To reach this scale, we are moving beyond business as usual and focusing on four core components:
- New Water Access and Community Health – Deepening our work in the communities we serve, increasing long-term reliability and improving health outcomes
- Scaling Operations and Maintenance – Expanding into new districts, growing our direct reach to hundreds of thousands more people annually through VHV programs
- Providing Technical Assistance to Partners – Providing technical assistance that enables others to replicate what works, reaching far beyond the scope of what we can do ourselves
- Testing the Market for a Drilling Enterprise in Ethiopia – Testing the market for a drilling enterprise in Ethiopia that would allow us to meet an unmet demand for drilling while also generating revenue for future program expansion
